JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
Volunteer Management: Facilitate the recruitment and onboarding process for international volunteers through online platforms and communication channels. Provide support and guidance to volunteers throughout their engagement, fostering positive relationships and meaningful contributions to our programs.
Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing program documentation, and maintaining databases related to program activities, volunteers, and partner organizations. Ensure accurate record- keeping and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Communication and Reporting: Support communication efforts by drafting content for newsletters, social media updates, and program reports. Collaborate with the communications team to highlight program achievements, share success stories, and raise awareness of our impact within the community and beyond.
Host School Management: Assist in identifying potential host schools in rural areas and liaise with school managers to establish partnerships and program logistics. Coordinate with school administrators to facilitate program activities, address concerns, and ensure alignment with educational objectives.
Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of workshops, training sessions, and special events aimed at empowering women entrepreneurs and enhancing English language learning experiences for students. Coordinate logistics, manage event materials, and provide logistical support to ensure successful outcomes.
Community Engagement: Engage with local communities, women- led businesses, and educational institutions to promote awareness of Teach for Change program and foster collaboration opportunities. Attend community events, meetings, and networking sessions to strengthen relationships and expand program reach.
Program Support: Assist in the coordination and execution of Teach for Change program, including mentorship programs, volunteer engagement activities, and cultural exchange events. Collaborate with the Program Manager/Volunteer Coordinator and Marketing manager to ensure smooth program operations and timely delivery of services to participating schools and communities.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese languages preferred.
Experience in program coordination, volunteer management, or community engagement is advantageous.
Passion for education, gender equality, and community development in Vietnam.

The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of program implementation, including volunteer recruitment and management, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring and evaluation. REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor&039;s or Master&039;s degree in a relevant field (e.g., international development, education, social sciences, tourism,etc).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the non- profit sector.
Proven track record of successfully implementing community- based programs, including volunteer management and stakeholder engagement.
Strong project management skills, including strategic planning, work plan development, and monitoring and evaluation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience managing teams and fostering a positive work culture.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in Vietnamese is highly desirable.
