Customer Research:
● Leads team reflection on customer interviews;
● Organizes and conducts customer interviews;
● Selects which customers are most appropriate to learn from;
● Summarizes and documents key insights to share with Marketing, Academic, Project Manager in written form.
Competitive and Partner Research:
● Summarizes and documents key insights to share with Marketing, Academic, Project Manager in written form.
● Organizes and conducts competitive and partner research;
System Research and Implementation
● Work with developing partners and vendors to plan and execute plans for various systems across the organization.
● Monitor system usage and recommend changes and improvement accordingly
Creates and Maintains:
● Product requirement documents
● Product Backlog and Team’s to- dos;
● Training documentation for juniors.
You have…

● Strong written and verbal skills in both English and Vietnamese
● Experience developing a system or product before in another team or organization
● A strong desire and shown potential to develop these four product management traits:
● An obsession over every product detail
● Deep customer empathy and insights
● Leadership and persuasion skills
● Shown ability to work independently. Though this position is expected to primarily be an execution role, exceptional candidates will be able to work more independently during the development stage
● An ability to synthesize the past context, present environment, and future product roadmaps
