Overview:
As an Online Sales Executive at Dragon Trails Travel Adventures, you will be responsible for driving online sales of travel packages, tours, and services through various digital channels. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, maximizing revenue, and providing exceptional service to travelers seeking memorable experiences.
Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to potential customers through online outreach efforts, lead generation activities, and targeted marketing campaigns to generate sales opportunities.
Educate customers about Dragon Trails Travel Adventures’ offerings, including destinations, itineraries, pricing, and booking procedures, to assist them in making informed travel decisions.
Maintain accurate and up- to- date records of customer interactions, inquiries, bookings, and sales activities using CRM software or other sales management tools.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute online sales campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and achieve sales targets.
Provide regular reports and updates on online sales performance, key metrics, and customer feedback to management, offering insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Guide customers through the booking process, assisting with itinerary planning, reservation management, payment processing, and any additional travel- related services or requests.
Follow up with customers throughout the sales process to ensure a seamless booking experience, address any concerns or questions, and provide support as needed.
Customize travel packages and tour itineraries based on customers&039; preferences, interests, budget, and travel requirements, providing personalized recommendations and guidance.
Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation, differentiation, and improvement in Dragon Trails Travel Adventures’ online sales strategy.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and sales leads received through online channels, including email, chat, social media, OTAs and the company website.
