Mô tả công việc

JOB OVERVIEW

• Type of employment: Full-time employee (Priority is given to candidates living in Hanoi, Vietnam) and working remotely;

• Working hours (8 hours/day, Monday - Friday, according to Vietnam time):

- Morning (09:00 - 12:00);

- Afternoon (13:30 - 18:30);

• Weekly meetups: To foster team connection and collaboration, candidates are encouraged to organize weekly meetups with colleagues at a coffee shop or co-working space;

• Upcoming office & hybrid work model: TeaOlogy is planning to establish an office building in Hanoi’s Vinhomes Global Gate area by the end of 2025. Once the office is operational, employees will be expected to adopt a hybrid working model, requiring attendance at the office at least two times per week;

• Contract: The candidate will sign an employment contract with CTCP Vietnam Global Gate Holdings.

• Scope of work: Content creator will be the one creating creative contents for multiple brands in Retail, F&B, and FMCG sectors under the ecosystem of TeaOlogy. You also will be working with international KOLs, KOCs in Europe for the diverse brands of the company.

Research & Analysis

5Gain insights into various aspects of the market, including consumer behavior, market trends, competitive landscape, and other relevant factors.
2Social Media Marketing and Content for Digital Campaign & Execution20

You will focus on social media platforms to engage with audiences and manage a brand’s social media presence:

• Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms;

• Monitor social media channels for trends, interactions, and engagement;

• Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze website, social channels, and campaign performance;

• Provide analysis and data on the use of current digital channels, including social media, and make recommendations on new channel development.

• Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to content production;

• Lead on the development of customer insight to assist data-driven marcomms activities;

• Budget constraints and resource allocation for ads plan;

• Undertake the necessary administrative tasks associated with the role (incl. financial procedures).

• Content creation and management commonly involve creating content strategies and producing content for our brands on your own.

•  Managing a group of inhouse content creators to produce creative contents on a frequent basis.

Influencer marketing

• Find & vet influencers that align with your brand and audience.

• Reach out and negotiate content, deliverables, and compensation.

• Plan campaigns with clear goals, timelines, and creative briefs.

• Track performance using engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.

• Build long-term relationships and repurpose top-performing content.

• Lead projects to achieve digital KPIs proposed by BODs

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS 

• Priority is given to candidates with a university degree in marketing or other related majors with at least 2 years of experience in the related field;

• Understand about brand management;

• Master in using tools to create content and managing a group of international KOLs, KOCs;

• Social Media Strategy: Creative, innovative personality that is always thinking outside of the box;

• Content Strategy: Must have a passion for creating creative and engaging content;

• Attention to detail, responsible, and reliable;

• Proactive go-getter and effective communicator; excellent in negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Understanding and adapting to algorithm changes;

• Keeping up with rapidly changing technology and trends;

• Balancing creativity with data-driven decision-making;

• Attribution and measuring ROI;

• Budget constraints and resource allocation;

• Ability to perform multitasking tasks;

• English efficiency (speaking, writing, reading, listening) is a must.

► Round 2: Preliminary Interview (Online) 

You will have an opportunity to discuss further with the HR & Admin and Marketing Manager about your career interests, competency, and job relevance at TeaOlogy. 


► Round 3: Panel Interview (Online)  

You are expected to conduct a Case Study Hackathon within 48 hours.


► Round 4: Final Interview (Online)  

You will participate in the final interview to explain your idea and convince our founder of the opportunity to join TeaOlogy. There will be discussions on the working contract if you are selected.


► Onboarding: 

01.05.2024 (negotiable); 

Probation period: 1 month.
