II. JOB OVERVIEW
• Type of employment: Full-time employee (Priority is given to candidates living in Hanoi, Vietnam) and working remotely;
• Working hours (8 hours/day, Monday - Friday, according to Vietnam time):
- Morning (09:00 - 12:00);
- Afternoon (13:30 - 18:30);
• Weekly meetups: To foster team connection and collaboration, candidates are encouraged to organize weekly meetups with colleagues at a coffee shop or co-working space;
• Upcoming office & hybrid work model: TeaOlogy is planning to establish an office building in Hanoi’s Vinhomes Global Gate area by the end of 2025. Once the office is operational, employees will be expected to adopt a hybrid working model, requiring attendance at the office at least two times per week;
• Contract: The candidate will sign an employment contract with CTCP Vietnam Global Gate Holdings.
• Scope of work: Digital Marketer will be the one executing many paid and non-paid campaigns for multiple brands in Retail, F&B, and FMCG sectors under the ecosystem of TeaOlogy.
III. RESPONSIBILITIES
The candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with core members of our high-performing team and will have the following responsibilities:

IV. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• Priority is given to candidates with a university degree in marketing or other related majors with at least 2 years of experience in related fields;
• Understand and know about brand management;
• Master in using SEO, search engine marketing (SEM), PPC, Google Ads, ads on Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and more.
• Social Media Strategy: Creative, innovative personality that is always thinking outside of the box;
• Content Strategy: Must have a passion for creating creative and engaging content, and have knowledge about SEO;
• Understanding and adapting to algorithm changes;
• Keeping up with rapidly changing technology and trends;
• Attribution and measuring ROIs, KPIs;
• Budget constraints and resource allocation;
• Attention to detail, responsible, and reliable;
• Proactive go-getter and effective communicator;
• Balancing creativity with data-driven decision-making;
• Able to use all four skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English evenly and fluently (Communicate 80% in English);
• Ability to perform multitasking tasks.

You will have an opportunity to discuss further with the HR & Admin and Marketing Manager about your career interests, competency, and job relevance at TeaOlogy.
► Round 3: Panel Interview (Online)
You are expected to conduct a Case Study Hackathon within 48 hours.
► Round 4: Final Interview (Online)
You will participate in the final interview to explain your idea and convince our founder of the opportunity to join TeaOlogy. There will be discussions on the working contract if you are selected.
