Role Overview: The Social Media Coordinator Volunteer is responsible for managing and executing STEAM for Vietnam’s social media strategy across various platforms. This role is crucial for building brand awareness, engaging our audience, and promoting our initiatives and events. The ideal candidate is creative, detail- oriented, and passionate about leveraging social media to drive engagement and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
Develop and implement social media plans and campaigns to support STEAM for Vietnam’s initiatives and events.
Stay up- to- date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content remains engaging and relevant.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Content teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals and content calendar.
Content Creation and Management:
Schedule and publish posts consistently, ensuring content is tailored for each platform’s audience and format.
Create compelling and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and Tiktok.
Develop multimedia content such as graphics, videos, and animations in collaboration with graphic designers and other team members.
Analytics and Reporting:
Use data- driven insights to optimize content and improve engagement.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytics platforms.
Prepare regular reports on social media growth, engagement, and campaign performance to inform future strategies.
Brand Consistency:
Maintain a consistent and cohesive message across all platforms to reinforce the organization’s mission and goals.
Ensure all social media content aligns with STEAM for Vietnam’s brand voice, values, and visual identity.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing social media strategies and campaigns.
Experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar role.
Skills:
Analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics to drive decision- making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for crafting engaging content.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging channels.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
Personal Attributes:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self- motivated and adaptable to a fast- paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
