Mô tả công việc

Program Officer

The Program Officer serves as the mastermind behind the coordination, design, and execution of all AYO Vietnam Chapter flagship events and side events, ensuring operational efficiency and seamless execution. The ideal candidate is highly intentional and impact- oriented in their thinking, while adept at managing diverse workflows and communicating challenges clearly.
Estimated Time Commitment: 5 hours/week, subject to increase during D- Day
Geographical / Logistical Conditions: Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City
This role equips young leaders with transferable skills in strategic thinking, project management, and operational design. It accelerates interdisciplinary growth across a broad range of capabilities, including strategic thinking, project management, and operational design. Through the Program Team’s individualized development plan, officers can advance in alignment with their personal and professional goals while forging deeper connections with the communities they serve.
Duration of involvement: November 2025 – September 2026

General Requirements:

Membership is open for 17- 25 years old.
Open to candidates who are fluent in both Vietnamese and English.

Specific Requirements:

Proven strong work ethics, discipline, and ability to work in a multistakeholder’s environment
Proven strong abilities in strategic and logical thinking
Strong and clear communication skills for a professional workplace environment
Fluency in both Vietnamese and English
Experience with on- site operations including but not limited to examples such as logistical operations, budget planning, contingency planning, etcetera

Nice to have:

Proven abilities of project leadership and management and diverse perspectives of other departments’ operations

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with different teams for concept development, participant experience design and budget planning of flagship programs and side programs
Coordinate and implement logistical preparations and D- Day action plan.
Curate personnel invitations (speakers, panelists, trainers,…) and program content
Ensure effective communication of progress and collaboration to all relevant AYO Vietnam Chapter member, ensuring smooth delivery of all programs.

Expected Deliverables:

Build strong, beneficial networks with all internal departments and external stakeholders such as speakers, panelists, and experts.
(Optional) Lead and coordinate their own side program
Design and deliver thoughtful participation design and program coordination
Gain access to AYO Vietnam and AYO’s network of peers

Impact Officer

Geographical / Logistical Conditions: Remote
Estimated Time Commitment: 5 hours/week, subject to increase during D- Day
Duration of involvement: November 2025 – September 2026
The Impact Officer ensures that AYO Vietnam’s programs are designed to address the real needs and pain points of youth, underpinned by a robust Theory of Change (ToC) and logic model to effectively measure and drive meaningful impact.
This role provides in- depth training in Theory of Change (ToC) and social project design, while enhancing skills in qualitative research and strategic thinking.

General Requirements:

Open to candidates who are fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
Membership is open for 17- 25 years old.

Specific Requirements:

Strong research skills (survey design, interviewing) and qualitative analysis.
(Optional) Experience in social research or market research.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
Logical, systematic thinking with proficiency in backward design.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills (for coordinating with the Program Team).

Responsibilities:

Lead target audience research activities.
Design the Theory of Change (ToC) and Logic Models for flagship and side events.
Collect and analyze qualitative data (in- depth interviews, case studies, success stories).
Analyze and identify the pain points of the target audience.
Collaborate closely with the Program Team during the Goal- Setting stage to ensure objectives are measurable.

Expected Deliverables:

Qualitative case studies and success stories for the Annual Report.
Target Audience & Pain- Point Analysis Reports.
Completed Theory of Change (ToC) and Logic Model maps.

Partnership Officer

Estimated Time Commitment: 5 hours/week
Geographical / Logistical Conditions: Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City
Duration of involvement: November 2025 – September 2026
This role turns connections into lasting partnerships that amplify youth impact. Officers gain hands- on experience in communication, negotiation, relationship management, proposal writing, event coordination, and cross- team collaboration in a mission- driven setting.
The Partnership Officer expands AYO Vietnam’s network across public, private, academic, and regional sectors by identifying partners, initiating outreach, and executing aligned collaborations. Collaborating with Program, MarCom, and Impact teams, the officer maintains relationships, coordinates engagements, manages data/reporting, secures support, and boosts visibility in Vietnam and ASEAN.

General Requirements:

Open to candidates who are fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
Membership is open for 17- 25 years old.

Specific Requirements:

Solid organizational and coordination abilities to manage multiple partnership activities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse partners and stakeholders.
Good research and analytical skills to identify opportunities and understand partner needs.
Team- oriented, proactive attitude, with commitment to AYO Vietnam’s mission and consistent volunteer engagement.
Professional writing and presentation skills in English for proposals and reports.

Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential partners across public, private, NGO, academic, and regional sectors through targeted networking, in- depth research, and strategic outreach activities.
Support stakeholder mapping and relationship management by maintaining the partner database, tracking engagement progress, and ensuring consistent communication with partners.
Assist in drafting and managing partnership materials, including proposals, concept notes, MoUs, and post- project reports.
Coordinate partnership initiatives and pilot collaborations, such as co- hosted events, mentorship programs, or knowledge- sharing sessions, in alignment with AYO Vietnam’s strategic objectives.
Monitor and report partnership outcomes, gathering feedback and documenting lessons learned to strengthen future collaborations.
Collaborate with internal teams (Program, MarCom, Impact) to integrate partnership activities into AYO Vietnam’s events, communications, and impact frameworks.

Nice to Have:

Prior experience in developing partnership proposals, drafting MoUs, managing collaborations, fundraising, or engaging with stakeholders.
Creative and design skills for partnership decks or event materials.
Familiarity with ASEAN affairs or youth empowerment initiatives.
Background in international relations, business, communications, or development studies.
Experience using CRM tools.
Event coordination or marketing experience; strong English and Vietnamese communication skills.

Expected Deliverables:

Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective communication and partner engagement.
Reach out to potential partners, contribute to proposals and MoUs, secure in kind or financial support, and keep the partnership database and reports up to date.
Show initiative, adaptability, and teamwork in a volunteer environment, maintain professionalism in representing AYO Vietnam,
Build partnerships that empower young people in Vietnam and foster regional collaboration across ASEAN.

Content & Communications Officer

Geographical / Logistical Conditions: Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City- based preferred but not required.
Duration of involvement: November 2025 – September 2026
The Content & Communications Officer supports the development and delivery of AYO Vietnam’s communication strategy by creating engaging, youth- oriented written content for digital platforms. The role ensures all messaging reflects AYO’s mission, aligns with Vietnam Grand Strategy, and effectively promotes programs, events, and initiatives to the Vietnamese youth community.
Estimated Time Commitment: 5 hours/week, subject to increase during D- Day

General Requirements:

Membership is open for 17- 25 years old.
Open to candidates who are fluent in both Vietnamese and English.

Specific Requirements:

Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote and youth- driven team environment.
Proven experience in content creation for social media, blogs, or youth- oriented platforms.
Excellent organizational and time- management skills to meet publishing deadlines.
Basic knowledge of Canva design, content performance metrics and analytics tools, such as Meta Insights.
Strong writing and editing skills in both English and Vietnamese
Understanding of digital marketing trends and social media algorithms (especially Facebook and Instagram).

Nice to Have:

Interest or background in youth development, sustainability, or ASEAN affairs.
Experience in podcast production and copywriting for NGOs, or youth/community organizations.
Experience managing media partnerships or writing press releases.
Knowledge of multimedia editing tools is desirable

Responsibilities

Develop compelling captions and storytelling content aligned with AYO’s tone and pillar themes.
Coordinate with the Multimedia Officer to ensure visual- verbal consistency in all communication materials.
Research, write, and edit bilingual (English–Vietnamese) content for social media, podcast scripts, and press releases.
Manage content scheduling, track engagement performance and suggest content improvements based on analytics.
Support media outreach (press, media partners,..) and maintain relationships with youth- focused platforms

Expected Deliverables:

Develop and implement a content calendar aligned with AYO Vietnam’s Marketing & Communication plan.
Produce and publish at least 4 bilingual posts monthly and 1 podcast script quarterly with consistent tone and branding.
Increase social media engagement by at least 20–30% through creative storytelling and analytics- driven improvements.
Strengthen relationships with 3–5 youth or media partners, contributing to greater visibility of AYO programs.

Multimedia Officer

The Multimedia Officer is responsible for producing creative visual and audiovisual content that enhances AYO Vietnam’s online presence. This includes graphics, long videos, podcasts and printing materials complying with AYO’s brand identity and engaging the youth audience across Facebook and Instagram.
Geographical / Logistical Conditions: Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City- based
Estimated Time Commitment: 5 hours/week, subject to increase during D- Day
Duration of involvement: November 2025 – September 2026

General Requirements:

Open to candidates who are fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
Membership is open for 17- 25 years old.

Specific Requirements:

At least 1 year of proven experience in photography and video editing for social media.
Detail- oriented, creative mindset with strong storytelling through visuals.
Ability to manage multiple design requests while maintaining visual consistency.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
Strong understanding of branding principles, layout, color theory, and typography.

Nice to Have:

Experience producing short- form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) optimized for youth engagement.
Experience in podcast production (audio mixing, video syncing, thumbnail design).
Skills in event photography or videography
Familiarity with ASEAN youth identity, social campaigns, or cause- based visual storytelling.

Responsibilities:

Photography or videography during events if requested.
Design visual materials, including reports, proposals, event posters following AYO’s official branding guidelines (logo placement, color palette, fonts) and Program team’s key messages.
Assist in producing and publishing podcasts (audio editing, thumbnail design, uploading to Spotify for Podcasters).
Collaborate with the Content & Communications Officer to develop cohesive storytelling visuals.
Edit short- form videos (Reels/Shorts, podcast highlights) and create visual templates for each pillar.

Expected Deliverables:

Established an internal asset library (photos, videos, templates) for efficient content production.
Delivered a cohesive visual identity for AYO Vietnam across all channels.
Designed consistent templates and brand assets for major campaigns and pillars.
Created at least 5 short- form videos with measurable engagement improvements.
Supported at least 1 major event with promotional visuals and recap videos.
