Onsite Malaysia - UI-UX or Product Designer

This role is perfect for designers who care deeply about user needs, design systems, and cross- functional collaboration, and want to help build polished, scalable products that users truly love.
We’re looking for creative, product- minded designers to craft intuitive and meaningful digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. As part of a fast- paced, user- first product team, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape our product’s entire look and feel—from early ideation to polished final pixels.
For Designer (UI/UX or Product Designer):

Collaborate in cross- functional squads (PM, engineers, QA) and actively contribute throughout the product development lifecycle.
Design clear user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high- fidelity visuals using Figma and other modern tools.
Deliver responsive, adaptive designs optimized for both desktop and mobile experiences.
Conduct or support usability testing and heuristic evaluations, applying findings to improve UX.
Use data—user feedback, session recordings, product metrics—to iterate and refine designs continuously.
Maintain and contribute to our design system and shared component libraries.
Work closely with developers to ensure pixel- perfect implementation of designs.

For Game Artist:

Help maintain asset libraries, organized file structures, and clear documentation.
Receive and act on feedback to iterate and polish visual assets.
Design intuitive, attractive user interface (UI) components and layouts.
Collaborate with developers to ensure proper integration of assets into Unity or Unreal Engine.
Ensure all assets meet both artistic standards and technical specifications (e.g., polycount, texture size, optimization).
Create high- quality 2D or 3D assets, including characters, props, environments, icons, and VFX elements.
Adapt artwork to match various art styles depending on project requirements.

For Designer (UI/UX or Product Designer)

Proficient in Figma, including prototyping, auto layout, and variants.
Strong portfolio showcasing real product work, with clear context, rationale, and problem- solving approaches.
Experience working with agile teams and managing design- to- dev handoff workflows.
Excellent communication skills, detail- oriented, and open to feedback in collaborative settings.
Solid understanding of UX best practices, interaction patterns, and responsive design principles.
2+ years of experience in UI/UX, product design, or digital design roles.

English is not required, but proficiency can be a plus — even in salary considerations.
Familiarity with agile/scrum product development environments.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or modern front- end development workflows.
Experience designing motion interactions or micro- interactions (e.g. Principle, After Effects, Lottie).

For Game Artist:

Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, and at least one 3D tool (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush).
Good communication and collaboration skills for working within cross- functional teams.
2+ years of experience as a Game Artist or in a related digital art role.
A solid portfolio showcasing 2D, 3D, or UI assets designed for games.
Basic knowledge of game engines (Unity or Unreal) for testing and asset integration.
Strong understanding of color theory, composition, lighting, and form.

Familiarity with UI/UX tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, Perforce).
Experience working on mobile or casual games.
Basic animation/VFX skills using Spine, After Effects, or Unity Animator.
English is not required, but proficiency can be a plus — even in salary considerations.
