OPD/ Shipping Specialist - Củ Chi

• Work with related dept in handling the system billing process.
• Report to supervisor if any deviation from the established SOP.
• Create shipping and Customs documents, working closely with customs brokers to solve any issues related to customs clearance and ensure alignment with delivery schedules.
• Prepare export shipment plan including place booking, SI/IFS submission to forwarder, trucking arrangement.
• Coordinate with planning, production, NPI & related depts to arrange shipment out smoothly.
• Take responsibility for overseeing shipping expenses, including regular monthly costs and abnormal expenditures, ensuring proper checking and control.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain order data/ update forecast and generate the defined reports from Oracle system.
• Effective communication with the concerned parties to ensure all the shipments on time and meet customer requirement.

Experience: 1- 2 years in Manufacturing company (EPE is preferred).
Education: College/University graduated.
Knowledge:

Computer knowledge (excel, word, PowerPoint), good excel is required.
Good in English communication (writing & speaking).

Functional Skills:

Able to use VNACCS software.
Skilled in order processing, shipment arrangement & shipping expense controlling.

Other Abilities:

Good team working spirit.
Able to work independently and under a tight time schedule.
