What You Would Do
We are looking for a competent Talent Acquisition Manager, who is confident to take over the entire Talent Acquisition (TA) activities of group and subsidiaries across Vietnam.
Recruitment
• Control the TA budget
• Manage the group and subsidiaries’ recruitment by identifying annually hiring demands and recruitment budget planning
• Identify Recruiting channels&039; performance to apply into the sourcing strategy
• Ensure candidate&039;s & new joiners&039; experience throughout the Company&039;s selection process and Onboarding process
• Perform the hiring process and monitor the TA performance metrics
• Fully committed to the hiring target of the entire group and subsidiaries
Employee Value Proposition (EVP/EB)
• Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent by effectively using the strategy, operation of Recruitment campaigns on different niche sites/channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Recruitery, etc., and other social media
• Measures the social media performance in the recruitment area
• Work with line managers, internal departments to implement recruitment events and partnerships with related universities, career training agencies, hiring service agencies...for building the Company&039;s talent pipeline
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with company recruitment goals
Talent Acquisition Excellence
• Continue the optimization for all operational activities of the TA team to maximize productivity
• Continue reviewing the Recruitment process and policies
• Make periodic and most-used recruiting reports with dashboard metrics
Other tasks as assigned by line manager
• Other recruiting roles in other functions and disciplines;
• Other duties in the sphere of recruitment, candidate, or onboarding experience as directed by the HR Director
• Direct, mentor and supervise the Subs’ Talent Acquisition Executive concerning their role in the recruitment process;

What We Look For:
• Bachelor&039;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related degree
• Self-motivated, coachable, and action-oriented personality - used to deal with ambiguity and change in direction.
• Networking Skills (internal and external)
• Ready for the continuously changing and improving in a growing and dynamic organization.
• Highly proactive, responsible and result-oriented
• Have knowledge of technology used in recruitment and branding
• Experience with Social Media and community platforms Management (Facebook, Linkedin, relevant community etc.)
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, influence and earn trust with anyone from the C level to the talent acquisition team.
• Effective communication in both Vietnamese and English
• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on hiring for business, proven records in recruiting with high demands in fast-paced environments
• Good networking skills or social recruitment
• Have good knowledge about talent management and employer branding
