Operation Assistant (Full-Time/Part-Time)

- Performing administrative duties
- Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency
- Support the Managers and attend to any correspondence and emails by customers, clients and partners
- Creating presentations, documents, files, spreadsheets and databases
- And other duties requested by the Managers such as: doing research, preparing slides for the presentations, etc
- Work closely with the Operation Manager (OM) to oversee daily operations

- Careful, strong sense of responsibility, able to work as a team and multitasking
- Proficiency in information technologies
- Vietnamese mother tongue and full proficiency in English
- Good organisational skills
- Dynamic, reliable and open- minded character having the willingness to excel and perform on a high- level, even under pressure and tight deadlines
