What will you do
As Operation Associate, you will be asked for various aspects of business operations, including but not limited to.
Report: Prepare daily, weekly, monthly report
Customer services: Work closely with the engineering team and CS team to resolve customers&039; requests in a timely manner.
Process Management & Continuous business Improvements: Lay the groundwork for various business processes to reduce wastes and improve services. You will be an agent of lean & operational excellence at Anfin.
Other tasks: Prepare documents, coordinate with others departments for solving issues, tracking and process deposit/withdrawal transactions,...
Reconciliation: Reconciliation, monitor data between Anfin and partners.
Initiative Projects: Work closely with the leadership team on various projects and be the central point of contact for project execution, ensuring the project is delivered in a timely manner and with the best use of resources.
What you need:
The great team works with excellent communication and coordination skills
Energetic and willing to learn and challenge yourself
At least 2+ years of experience experiences working in any Business Operation position (Customers services, Process Management, Project Management,), prefer to have experience in securities companies, banking, or start- up environment
Quickly handle arising situations and able to navigate through ambiguity
