Operation Director

- Be responsible for operating activities of the showroom.
- Manage all departments of the company (Sales, HRAG, Service, Accounting, Purchasing...).
- Develop marketing strategies to position products/models, to increase brand awareness, and strengthen Company image.
- Have overall responsibility for the profitability of the showroom and Spare Parts Department and the development of effective operational and marketing strategies to enhance profitability and increase market share.
- Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the Chief Executive Officer (Japanese).

- At least 3 years of experience in operation for retail motorcycle/ car industry.
- Bachelors Degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of dealership operations is mandatory
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good time management skills with the aptitude of meeting all targets
- Good English or Japanese.
