Operation Director

Executive recruitment specialist Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a FDI textile company. Our client, the global reputable producer owning high quality fabrics & garments, is seeking an expert in Operation with at least 10 years of experience in textile industry, for the job of Operation Director. The role is open for either Vietnamese or expatriate candidates.

Job Summary:

Reporting to Vietnam General Manager, the Operation Director will manage all functions at new set up factory in Phu Tho province with over 300 employees, including Production, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain, Marketing, Merchandising, Development, Accounting.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operation of Phu Tho factory including Production, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain, Marketing, Merchandising, Development, Accounting.

- Involve intensively in establishing & deployment company strategy & business development plans. Guide & monitor all functions to align with these plans.

- Developing strategic operational plan for the factory. Responsible for factory budget.

- Ensure the operation to comply with global standards, processes & local law.

- Involve in building & improvement of company policies, processes.

- Coaching & monitoring the performance of employees.

- University Degree in any related fields with solid knowledge in organizational operation and technology, supply chain, quality management in textile industry.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in textile industry with at least 3 years at management level.

- Excellent leadership skills.

- Good communication in Vietnamese and English.

- Willing to travel for business purposes.
