Operation Excellence Executive / Commercial Finance

Job objective:

Drive business performance improvement.
Commercial excellence through structure analysis
Process optimisation
The role will focus on enhancing profitability, improving operational efficiency, commercial disciple, and continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Study existing business processes and identify gaps, redundancies, or inefficiencies.
Facilitate benchmarking, process mapping, and gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
Enhance pricing, revenue management, and profitability frameworks across functions.
Identify weaknesses in control activities and recommend practical value- add recommendations for process improvements.
Functional review with a view to highlight risks, opportunities, and process improvements.
Support digital transformation and analytics initiatives for commercial decision- making.
Partner with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive commercial process efficiency.
Drive improvement initiative through stakeholder engagement.
Enhance internal and external benchmarks to improve current practices.
Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance scorecards for key functions.

Hands on experience in advanced excel working environment.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Auditing, Business or equivalent.
Familiar with ERP systems, SAP knowledge is preferred.
Meticulous with strong analytical skills and sound commercial judgement.
Hand- on person with positive attitude and have a high level of integrity, drive, and initiative.
Exposure to Manufacturing, FMCG is desirable.
Past Experience of 3- 5 years in business analysis roles.
Expertise in data analytics and financial modeling.
Passion for continuous improvements and excellent communication skills.
