Stock management
- Stocktake every month
- Manage the stock quantity of each warehouse
- Arrange stock location based on warehouse area
- Solve the discrepancy quantity between the document and reality
Shipment arrangement
- Follow the shipment status until it&039;s completed
- Follow the internal procedure to work with the forwarder
- Goods moving control
QC printer Processing
- Follow the FIFO to make DO QC
- Work with the Technical team to arrange the QC schedule to meet the lead time requirement
SOA + Fowarder management
Check SOA from the forwarder at the end of the month + forwarder contract (new or renewed)
Customer Services
- Receive complaints + investigate with related parties- Inform related parties of results & Solutions
Update report Buying cost consolidating file
- Warehouse fee
- Handling fee
- Transportation fee
Others
- Under the Department Manager&039;s request

- Good health is a must
- The candidate must be male
- Experience in a logistics company is preferable
