Operation Executive (Freight Fwd)/Nhân Viên Chứng Từ (Hàng Sea Import/Export)

Receive and confirm bookings received from vendors/customers as nominated in timely manner.
Report service or business failure to Head of Operation.
Collect documents from vendors and dispatch to the right receivers if requested.
Be responsible for implementing processes involved in one of the fields: Sea Import/Export
Issue HBL/HSWB or Forwarder’s Cargo Receipts to vendors.
Other tasks as designed by superior.
Ensure local charges are informed to shippers in a timely and accurately manner.
Arrange booking with carriers; update systems & release bill of lading, invoices, payment to suppliers.
Work closely with Sales, Suppliers, Pricing, Others support teams to archive customer’s satisfaction.
Maintain sailing schedules to be updated on- timely and correctly for tracing purpose from customer.

Be a team player, detailed and accurate
Have from 02 to 03 years experience in one of the fields: Sea Import/Export
Good skills of computers & Microsoft Office.
Good command of English.
Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure
Be dependable and truthful
