Operation Logistics (Transit Cargo To Cambodia)

Responsibilities:
- Transport transit cargo to Cambodia.
- Monitor order status and proactively address any issues or delays to ensure on- time delivery.
- Resolve any shipping- related issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding order status, shipping schedules, and delivery updates.
- Coordinate with various internal departments such as production, warehousing, and shipping to fulfill orders in a timely manner.
- Receive and review customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns related to logistics.
- Issue warnings and promptly report incidents posing risks to the trading system, while proposing solutions.

Qualifications:
- Graduated from University/College majoring in Logistics, Import- Export, Economics or related majors;
- At least 2 years’ experience working for Forwarding- Logistics Company- Transportation.
- Experienced in transit cargo to Cambodia
- Good negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
