Lead Maintenance in Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost

Scheduling and overseeing all maintenance- related work by managing a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors
Review daily maintenance effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement and prevention of issues
Ensure safe operation of machinery and equipment
Maintain equipment in validated state and oversee repairs
Effectively assign maintenance resources
Minimize/mitigate operations risk
Looking for new ways/tools/assets to improve productivity and cut costs
Maintain and improve equipment change- over efficiency
Drafting maintenance reports

Improvement

Champion and lead change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts, including the pursuit of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
Continuously improve the plant’s PM system
Manage and organize parts inventory using Lean principles.
Oversee plant reliability for long- term production optimization while continuously reducing cost through improved equipment operation, maintenance and upgrades

Maintaining positive relationship with suppliers: hard service and soft service
Fix asset management:

Completely integrate asset management with accounting
Quickly create assets based on unlimited asset types, and report
Manage the complete asset lifecycle
Maintain accurate records for compliance and reporting.

Ability to definite problems. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with difficult situations.
Experience as same role at least 3 years
Good command of spoken and written English
Good problem solving skills.
Detail oriented and be able to handle multi- tasks.
University degree
Good organizational, time- management, leadership skills.
