- Ensure company&039;s Code of Corporate Responsibility and Business Ethics is upheld in all activities
- Management System in Service
- Identify, develop and implement short and long term strategies which enhance the profitability, productivity, and efficiency of the Service infrastructure for delivery of support services
- Responsible for monitoring progress against metrics and implementing corrective measures within company&039;s Quality
- Formulate and administer financial, SOP&039;s, budgets, and reporting for specific geographical or operational areas and manage them within those fiscal plans
- Lead, recruit, train, and mentor staff to achieve company’s goals while facilitating their professional and personal growth
- Ensure the operation of the PV plant at high efficiency and reduced downtime
- Ensure all policies, applicable export control and security regulations and procedures, together with company&039;s operational initiatives, are appropriate reduced and adhered to within the business
- Meet with customers to seek ways of improving the delivery of service activities
- Preparation of government regulatory reports as required by client
- Ensure that all contract obligations are followed
- Position holder is required to take on additional tasks to the ones mentioned above is this is required to fulfill the role
- Leads day to day operations and all aspects business while continually driving process improvements

- Language required: English, Vietnamese
- Can work independently and can do multi-tasking
- Experience working on LV, MV and HV. Background in HV switchyard maintenance is an advantage
- Experience in SCADA and CMMS
- Knowledgeable in electrical tools and testing measurement instruments
- Experience in PV or electro technical systems is an advantage
- Broad knowledge in power plant system and equipment (Switchgears, transformers, Inverters, ACB/VCB/MCCB)
- Competency in use of all programs within MS Office
- O&M experience of at least 1 year from any power generation plant
- With strong leadership and supervisory experience
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, customer service, and problem solving
- Electrical Code of Vietnam
