Operation Manager

Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as KPIs set. Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues. Enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company&039;s policies and applicable laws.
Supervising ERP project, new office movement and restructuring of a 20 years old company and operate a newly established start-up sister company.

Suppervising HR Team include talent acquisition, learning and development, C&B,..
Supervising Admin, Budget and legal works
Supervising MIS (Management Information System) Supervising and control a smooth ICT system.
Coordinating with all department’s heads. Set KPIs, control and appraisals

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field
5+ years experience in executive leadership positions, experience in a trading and service business model is advantgeous
English intermediate to high level

Integrity, Leadership, Planning and Organizing, Conflict Management, Reporting and Decision making

Understanding of advanced business models, high quality and high effectiveness oriented, passionated and experienced in a learning, creative organization.
A solid grasp of data analysis, soft skills, performance metrics and training, coaching skills
