Operation Manager (Giám Đốc Điều Hành)

- The Operation Manager performs his functions within the framework defined by the norms of the chain and by internal regulations.
* ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Furnish the Finance Department with documents in good time.
- Determine budget forecasts and investment plan for his operation.
- Ensure that proposed Banqueting prices area in conformity with proper management policies and with the market.
- Set menu prices with the Chef and submit it to the Management for approval.
* TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise the proper installation of service articles in the points of sale in good time.
- With the Chef, establish “a la carte” and fixed price menus for the different point of sales.
- Perform systematic inspection of all the F&B areas and Kitchen on a weekly basis.
* COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain updated files of Banquet potential guests.
- Plan, in conjunction with Sales & PR Department for any special promotion and events.
- Supervise the setup of point of Sales (decoration on special events features).
* HUMAN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure good relations with the other departments.
- Co- ordinate evaluation of the Ambassador according to the standard of the Restaurant.
- Ensure the good atmosphere within the department and the right coordination between the different departments.
- Take charge of the proper welcoming and orientation of Ambassador of the department.
* RELATIONS:
- The Operation Manager will apply for membership of Food and Beverage Ambassadors.
- He maintains also relations with external contacts, suppliers, all companies related to the restaurant activities.
- The Operation Manager is directly responsible to F&B Director.

- Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in Ambassador and industrial relations.
- Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
- Maintains strong, professional relationships with the relevant representatives from competitor restaurant and other organisations, including tour operators and local travel agents.
- Exercises responsible management and behaviour at all times and positively representing the restaurant management team.
- Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
