Operation Manager (Logistics Field / Fluent in English) - HCMC

* Ensuring Service Excellence:
- Lead & manage Operation Dept. to achieve best-in-class Customer Service
- Actively build strong relationships with customers and gain an understanding of their business, service needs and desires
- Be the primary point of contact for customers
* Operation Dept Management:
- Day-to-day operation team management and responsible for the team capacity management. Support and coach documentation staff in her day-to-day job and be the point of contact for any operational issue quickly and effectively.
- Work on HQ/Network tender enquiries from Japan /Thailand and other countries.
- Ensure to control and solve issues/conflicts if any
- Ensure the ability to solve problems related to logistics (import/export, Customs clearance and warehouse management)
- Support to and co-operate with Accounting Department on making Debit Note and tax payment for DDP shipments.
- Support to General Director on checking price from suppliers as well as sending quotations to Customers.
- Report directly to General Director.

*** Working hours: Mon - Fri (8h00 ~ 17h00).

*** Working place: District 1

- Strong Ocean/Air end to end process knowledge & experience
- 5 years or above of experience in Freight Forwarding Operation or Customer Service will be a plus.
- Knowledge of Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Incoterms, Customs rules/ regulations/procedures and warehouses business
- Good people leadership/management skills
- Good interpersonal, communication and strong negotiating skills
- Ability to engage and link multiple parties across functions and geographies
- Strong customer focus
- Works well under pressure
- Good at English (Business level), Japanese speaking is a plus.
- Sales skill is a plus too
- Proficiency in computer skills.
