KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
- Internal:
Country Director, General Manager, Managers/Officers in HO, PMs, Project Officers
- External:
GNI’s Donors, Partners, Governmental. Officials, INGOs, Communities.
MAIN DUTIES
* Being in charge of Child sponsorship sector.
- Manage and promote the process of disbursement as planned
- Actively consulting HO for efficiency and adjustment of the activities/programs (if any)
- Regularly reporting on activities/events or when required to the person in charge of activities and project manager
- Cooperate with local partners and related departments to make plans such as: data survey; program design, prepare project documents for approval.
- Coordinate, implement and be in charge in the activities in Child sponsorship sector such as: Home-visiting, Annual child letter, Annual progress report, gift money & letter, annual gift, new child, health check, Special case.
- In charge of the efficiency of the activities during implementation: Preparing, making proposal, plan, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, reporting and have accountability.
- Keep contact with managers and staff in Head Office (HO) in order to implement the activities.
- Guide and ensure that partners, participants properly follow GNI regulations during the activities
- Cooperate with other divisions in the office to implement the activities effectively
- Together with schools and the CDCs to conduct, implement and supervise the sponsorship activities
* Complete other assigned tasks as required
- Propose ideas to improve project quality
- Complete reports on time and accurately as required by managers;
- Regularly supervising and monitoring project progress, ensuring the project is completed on time;
- Comply with GNI’s regulations and strive to strengthen internal solidarity;
- Coordinate with related departments and staff to complete the duties according to the requirements of the project
- Take part in the training courses/workshops conducted by OD or GNI.
- Participate in the process of Plan of action planning according to Education and protection program
