OPERATION OFFICER (POLY HANOI)

JOB DESCRIPTION

MOT library tasks:
* Plan and co-ordinate current activities or events in MOT library (Reading Races, Market Day, …)
* Work with librarians to brainstorm new promoting projects
* Check and give feedback for Book Reports submitted by Ss
* Oversee MOT clubs including planning and conducting.
* Deliver training or introduction of MOT library to new-coming staffs as requested
* Work with librarians to plan and update the content of MOT library ‘s Zalo Status & Story

* Support Operation Supervisor in Academic tasks as required

* Support Academic Coordinator to revise all procedures of MOT library
* Cover for librarian if needed
* Prepare periodical report on the operation of MOT library for Operation Supervisor
* Monitor and oversee work progress of librarians

* Oversee SR / SEL weekly test administration* Estimate and plan order of renewal for SR AR accounts used at POLY TH annually

REQUIREMENTS
- Good command of spoken and written English (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent preferred)
- Administration skills
- University degree
- Communication skills
- 44 hours per week (working in shifts required)
