Main responsibility：
Responsible for the construction and development of operation team, organizing and carrying out staff training, assessment and evaluation and talent echelon construction, meeting the needs of the company&039;s business development.

Cooperate with the company to formulate the production target, annual production plan, management and control.
配合公司高层制定公司生产目标，编制年度生产计划，进行生产管理和控制。
Responsible for the continuous optimization of production cost and the control of production cost.
负责生产成本持续优化，控制生产成本。
Implement the company&039;s quality management standards, and implement effective product quality management according to the company&039;s quality system requirements.
贯彻、落实公司的品质管理标准，按照公司的质量体系要求，实施产品质量的有效管理。
Establish programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process.
建立管理程序,提高生产设备运行时间,及时解决影响生产的设备问题。
Implement the safety production management system to ensure safe production.
认真贯彻执行安全生产管理制度,保障安全生产。
Responsible for coordinating the communication and cooperation between different departments, and timely solving the problems in production.
负责协调跨部门之间的沟通与合作，及时解决生产中出现的问题。
Complete other tasks assigned by Site Manager.
处理工厂经理安排的其他事项。

职位要求：
Bachelor degree or above, major in production management or science and engineering related degree.
本科及以上学历，生产管理或理工科相关专业
More than 10 years working experience or 3 years of working experience in the same position.
参加工作10年以上或3年同岗位工作经验
Familiar with SAP/ERP/AX System; Familiar with Minitab software.
熟悉SAP/ERP/AX系统，Minitab软件熟练
Have an excellent communication skill.
有优秀的沟通技巧
Proficient in word, excel and other office software.
能熟练运用 Word、Excel 等办公软件
Proficient in spoken and written English, Chinese is preferred.
英语听说读写熟练，会中文者优先
