Operation Supervisor (Fintech - P2P Lending)

Prepare, analyze and consolidate weekly and monthly reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of data (across all departments).
Managing projects to monitor and complete assigned tasks, developing effective monitoring and control systems to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.
Liaise with all local and external business areas to ensure continuity of company operations.
Assessing the effectiveness of business processes, identifying bottlenecks and developing solutions to optimize them.
Setting up tools for online monitoring of business indicators, timely response, development of measures and implementation of process adjustments in case of deviations from normal values.
Carrying out instructions from the head of the company aimed at maintaining the business and its development.
Knowledge and understanding of Call Center indicators (continuous and discrete channels, sales, outbound calling).
Setting tasks for employees, taking into account the deadlines for their completion, carefully monitoring the implementation process, as well as checking the execution of the manager’s instructions.

Communication in English.
At least 01 years of experience in similar positions (i.e. Operation supervisor/ TLS- CS Supervisor) in fintech companies and banks.
Communication skills that allow you to interact with various stakeholders and partners to ensure synchronization of goals.
Systems thinking, accuracy and thoroughness in processing information, the ability to effectively plan, set priorities and manage time resources.
Ability to multitask.
