Operation Support (US Time)

Ensure accurate and timely updates of URLs and internal QA processes.
Take on additional projects and responsibilities as dictated by business requirements.
Collaborate with various departments to meet business needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform tasks such as account onboarding, account closures, rejects, address changes, contact information updates, portal access management, and seasonal holds...
Manage and process customer service requests through ZenDesk and Internal CRM.

Previous experience in customer service is essential.
Knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and as part of a team.
Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
Strong English reading and writing skills, with a focus on spelling and grammar accuracy.
A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem- solving.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Working 5 days / 1 week, off Saturday, and Sunday.
