Operational Excellence Supervisor

Your duties are included, but not limit to:
Update new guideline/instructions from the Knowledge center of Olam to catch up the organizational directions
Organize and/or conduct training sessions to the team when a new process is applied
For new digital tools and applications:
+ Work with third parties and other supporting teams in Olam to catch up the project timeline and then do your duties
+ In each application or platform, prepare Dashboards and reports for the internal team to monitor their performance
- Understand the manufacturing process in depth and identify areas of improvement in:
Reduction in process / raw material losses
Improvement in Safety standards by implementing SOP and OPL for all departments
Reduction in Operating costs
Improvement in Product yields
Efficiency Improvement
- Coordinate with other departments i.e. Engineering (mainly), Production, QA, etc. to develop activities in line with Operational excellence routine
- Work on specific projects identified for capacity expansion or targeted improvements
- Responsible for activities which can improve process efficiencies, reduction of wastages and savings in operating cost
- Analytical skills required to verify data and identifying the gaps for improvement

Work place : Nhut Chanh Industrial Park, Nhut Chanh Commune, Ben Luc District, Long An Province. Bus for employees coming from HCMC.

Demonstrate knowledge of
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Industrial management, Industrial system, Food technology or related field.
5 years of experience in process engineering or Industrial engineering department
- Electrical/Mechanical components and equipment in a factory
- HACCP, GMP, BRC, UTZ, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, RA, Halal, Kosher, Hygiene awareness, Quality awareness
- Management (i.e. Strategy, Project)
Communication and interpersonal skills are crucial
Male/ Female
Intermediate-level in English is highly required

Good teamwork and able to work under pressure
Intermediate-level computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, Internet
