Hotel Academy Vietnam is seeking a results- driven Operations Director, base in Phú Quốc to oversee the day- to- day operational efficiency of our Rooms, Sales, and Food & Beverage (F&B) departments while maximizing overall revenue performance at the HUB Hotel Phú Quốc and The Hub Saigon. This strategic role blends operational oversight with a strong analytical focus on pricing, yield strategies, and profitability across all revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
Hotel Operations Management (The HUB hotel)
Set and maintain operational SOPs to match real- world hotel standards.
Oversee the academy’s internal hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.
Revenue Management and Strategy
Conduct competitive market analysis and forecasting to identify trends and opportunities.
Analyze performance data (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, F&B covers, spend per guest) to guide decision- making.
Develop and execute revenue optimization strategies across Rooms, Sales, and F&B.
Collaborate with department heads to implement dynamic pricing and upselling strategies.
Monitor booking pace, segment mix, and channel performance to ensure revenue targets are met
Facilitation and training (Hotel Academy Phú Quốc)
Facilitate structured student rotations and ensure safety, learning outcomes, and service quality are balanced.
Work closely with the Dean, Facilitators to integrate real- time hotel operations into the student learning journey for Vocational Learning_VET by EHL.
Host regular alignment meetings between operations and academic teams to synchronize schedules, assessments, and feedback mechanisms.
Provide mentorship and practical training to students and trainees during their hands- on experience.
Facilities and Asset Management
Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Ensure all learning and operational facilities are safe, well- maintained, and properly equipped.
Financial and Administrative Reports
Monitor and control expenses according to approved budgets.
Manage budgeting for operations- related costs (supplies, repairs, service contracts).
Team Management
Supervise operational staff (e.g., housekeeping attendants, maintenance staff, front desk officers).
Provide training and performance feedback to the operations team.
Health, Safety & Compliance
Maintain compliance with educational and hospitality regulatory requirements.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Relocation (Sài Gòn and Phú quốc office)
Available to travel when it&039;s required
