SUMMARY

ROLES
The Operations Enhancement Specialist is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of automated processes within the CRM system. This role involves working closely with various departments to streamline workflows, enhance data accuracy, and improve overall efficiency through the use of automation tools and programming languages, primarily Python. The specialist will ensure the CRM system is optimized to meet the business needs and support strategic objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
System Integration: Integrate the CRM system with other business applications to enable seamless data flow and process automation across platforms.
Process Automation: Design and implement automated workflows within the CRM system to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
Data Management: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of CRM data through automated data entry, cleansing, and validation processes.
Others as may deem necessary.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of automated processes, scripts, and system configurations.
Programming: Develop scripts and programs using Python and other relevant tools to support CRM automation initiatives.
Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain automated reporting and analytics solutions to provide insights and support data- driven decision- making.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross- functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations, to understand their needs and develop automated solutions.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to CRM automation processes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
