you will be responsible for
Team Leadership and Coordination:
- Establish clear goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team to ensure alignment with the organization&039;s objectives.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and encourage cross- functional engagement among the team and other departments.
- Oversee the Operations Excellence team, providing direction, guidance, and support to the specialists.
Strategic Planning and Implementation:
- Translate the strategic vision into actionable plans and ensure timely and effective implementation.
- Identify and prioritize areas for operational improvements, cost optimization, and value- added service enhancements.
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the Operations Excellence function, aligning it with the overall business strategy.
Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze key performance indicators, identify bottlenecks, and implement data- driven solutions to drive continuous improvement.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and benchmarks to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Spearhead the implementation of best- in- class operational practices, processes, and technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Stakeholder Management and Collaboration:
- Effectively communicate the team&039;s initiatives, progress, and impact to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including supply chain, Logistics, IT, and COM, to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership on all matters related to operations excellence.
Talent Development and Team Optimization:
- Provide mentorship, training, and growth opportunities to enhance the team&039;s capabilities and facilitate their professional development.
- Optimize team structures, workflows, and resource allocation to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Attract, develop, and retain a high- performing team of specialists with diverse skill sets and expertise.
