Operations Tasks:

Ensure all operational policies and procedures are thoroughly communicated to all retail sale team in a timely manner thru mails, memo and notices.
Ensure that all operation activities are compliant with company’s policies, company’s procedures and local legal fram
Update and prepare daily, and monthly quantitative and qualitative reports for all stores
Together with Brand Manager/Operation Manager develop and monitor closely the trading plan, action plan, and incentive program to achieve sales target
Collaborate with PMD on store relocation, store re- sizing, store renovation and new store opening and assist on set up of store operations
Work with PMD on any maintenance needs according to brand’s standard and all issues are addressed to a timely manner.
Monitor operations status of the stores and provide recommendations or solutions to improve retail operation regularly to Brand Manager/Operations Manager
Control and maintain approved annual and monthly store budgets for retail operations
Work with Brand Manager, Product Assistant and VM Executive to establish systematic and updated trainings for every staff
Monitor and control stock level and give suggestions on extra orders or stock consolidation according to trading plan and current performance.

Administration Tasks:

Responsible for consolidating uniform orders for all retail staffs
Attend floor for urgent situations relating to client service.
Support for all administration work for staff sales operations
Manage the order of stationary and retail equipment effectively

At least 2 year experienced (prioritize candidates who have experiences in fashion retail or cosmetic)
Good communication
College/university graduation
Hard working and open to learn
Integrity, honesty, carefulness
Good at Microsoft Office, Excel excellence
