Operations Executive

Mystery of Mekong Travel (Vietnam office) is looking for an Operation Executive, who will be responsible in organizing and preparing tour operation, especially FIT&GIT. He/ She will follow trends in popularity of destinations and packages and coordinate the itinerary accordingly follows client’s needs.
Responsibilities:
-Plan and coordinate tour programs: accommodation, transportation and related services.
-Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodation.
-Book transportation, make hotel reservations and prepare quotation.
-Deal with hotels, restaurants and other suppliers for its best rates.
-Monitor operational performance of both internal and external service providers as well as facility condition and environmental performance with customer’s satisfaction.

-Work experience as travel operator.
-Fluency in Chinese and English. Multilingualism is a plus.
-Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
-Microsoft Office skill is a must.
-Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or relevant field.
