Responsibilities:
Create and manage documents/ planned required for the events
Manage escalated on- site issues
Assist with setting up and tear down of events
Document work processes, suggest periodic process/event improvement
Manage the cost of consumable materials in each event to ensure the target.
Create new procedures (if needed) for organizing events
Resolve escalated participants&039; enquiries, partner or sponsor&039;s requirements regarding the events.
Work with other departments to ensure that all operational requirements of the events are fulfilled.
Coordinate and integrate all other operations within an event

Qualifications
Any additional knowledge in these areas would be considered a plus
The successful candidate should have a str ong passion and ability for event management and technology, including a basic understanding of blockchain, web3, and cryptocurrency
The ideal candidate must have native- level proficiency in Vietnamese, as well as be able to use English as a working language
3th or 4th- year university student majoring in fields such as economics, business, computer science, marketing, or related fields
