OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

At Giaohangtietkiem, Operations Management Specialist will be responsible for deploying new delivery projects (Fulfillment, Bigsize, ….) in the operations centers, providing objective recommendations to optimize the GHTK operations system and control the delivery service‘s quality.
We are looking for Talents to join Operations Department as an Operations Management Specialist with key responsibilities as follows:

Responsibilities:

Design and implement solutions to resolve operational inefficiencies effectively.
Deploy and manage the strategic plans from the Board of Management.
Have a deep understanding of GHTK operations processes in warehouses, post offices.
Supervise and monitor GHTK’s daily operations in the operations center systems.
Propose initiatives to improve and optimize operation processes.Working address: HCM: Floor 6, Pico Plaza Building, 20 Cong Hoa Street, Ward 12, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
Set new plans, projects to develop a regional delivery service.

Requirements:

Operational and systems thinking, decision-making skills to solve unexpected problems in operations at GHTK then provide solutions;
Analytical thinking and open-minded thinking for innovation and creativity;
Ability to go on regular business trips to different provinces.
Great management skills with the ability to cooperate well with other people;
Bachelor&039;s degree, majoring in Logistics, Supply chain, Economics, Management, Finance,… with no more than 3 years of experience. Male candidates are preferred, ages: 1995 - 1999.

Starting Salary: $350 - $650/ Month and periodically reviewed based on your capacity;
