Operations Manager

- Responsible for define & promote company culture, develop positive encouragement through incentive initiatives to inspire and motivate employees to perform at their best;
- Shall be responsible for other duties as assigned;
- Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel: Responsible for attract talents and conduct recruitment process, In charge of new employee orientations and training programs for employees;
- Setting up and managing operation such as monthly all-hands, yearly company trip, end-of-year parties, healthcare program and more;
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are maintained, managed, filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations;
- Responsible for develop, implement the right processes and practices across the company and manage the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure all tasks are carried on in an appropriate and cost-effective way;
- Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to COO as well as ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget;

- Proven a minimum of one (1) year experience in an operation management position;
- Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management, general finance and budgeting, human resource principles and practices;
- Bachelor degree in operations management, HR management, or related field;
- Experience with HR roles and and understanding of Vietnamese HR law is a plus;
- Have interpersonal skills, strong personal and professional judgement;
- Self-energized and inspire others with positive attitude;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners & employees;
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus;

- Working time: 9AM - 6PM (Monday - Friday);
- Probationary period: 02 months;
- 13th salary based on company’s salary policy;
