Operations Manager (Construction / Building Materials Industry - Fluent English) ~ Attractive Salary (Usd) [27262 - D . 7 , HCM]

- Any other ad- hoc duties as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Develop sales strategies, identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
- Manage relationships with suppliers, customers, and departments to ensure product quality, timely delivery, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop operations and sales teams.
- Create new and drive enhancements to existing products and services by innovating, proposing changes, or revolutionizing current methods.
- Conduct technical research on local construction methods, market practices, and emerging technologies to support strategic decisions.
- Apply engineering expertise to evaluate material specifications, ensure quality compliance, and provide technical guidance.
- Manage daily operations across Sales, Logistics, Procurement, and Technical, ensuring smooth process, timely execution of activities, effective issue resolution, and consistent achievement company goals.

* Working time: 8:30- 17:30 Mon- Fri

Education Required:
- Must be a licensed Professional Engineer in the country of operation
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience Required:
- 5- 8 years of relevant experience in Operations (Supply Chain, Sales, Technical) within the construction or building materials industry
Competencies and Skills Required
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem- solving abilities
- Results- oriented and organized
- English: Upper Intermediate level
- Knowledge of local construction methodology, ERP systems and regulatory requirements
- Age: 35- 45

- 13 month salary (depend on business situation)
