Operations Manager - Customer Services

As part of our local management team, you will oversee and lead performance, monitoring overall KPIs and targets in your team. We care about the work we do, the companies we partner with and the customers they serve and we believe our people are critical to our success.
Ideally you will be from an IT support background, and have extensive experience in delivering support to enterprise customers. A confident team manager you will have a team of approximately several hundred and have a client facing role.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Commerce, Business Administration, preferable in IT or Computer Science
- Strong general knowledge of social, political, economics, finance and labor legislation
- At least 5 years experiences at managerial level including 3 years experiences in managing a team of more than 50 staffs.
- Performance Management, Staffing, Management Proficiency, Coordination, Coaching, Developing Standards, Financial Planning and Strategy, Process Improvement, Decision Making, Strategic Planning, Quality Management skills
- Excellent communications in English
