Navigos Search&039;s client is hiring an Operations Manager to take care of the overall operating functions of the factory and report directly to the expat General Manager.
Main tasks as below:
- Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
- Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
- Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
- Support worker communication with the management team
- Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
- Work with senior stakeholders.

- Independent work attitude
- Lean Management experience
- Minimum 3 years leadership as executive in the field of Operations in manufacturing environment
- Bachelor or Master degree in the field of Engineering or Business Management
- Used to work in a international alligned company
- Fluent use of English
