Operations Officer (North)

- Coordinating among sellers, terminals, shipping agencies, surveyors, buyers on shipments performance including over age premium, trade penalties, quality allowance, vessel’s schedule, discharge status, free storage extension, demurrage/ despatch calculation & billing and other subjects relating to contract execution.
- This position will be responsible full execution process from sales are firmed to delivery arrangements and stock allocation.
- Monitoring inventory movements and ensuring payment received prior release of cargo to customers.
- Monitoring logistics operations of company and clients’ commodities at seaports and river jetties in North of Vietnam.
- Execute and following up execution process from business confirmation until contract fully executed and all outstanding matters settled. These include business confirmation, contract issuance status, payment status, nomination, local crush conversion, appropriation, shipping documents checking, issuance & presentation.
- Sending business confirmation once sales are firmed by traders.
- Liaising with warehouse operators for storage of cargo and in co- ordination with related parties for all storage/warehouse agreement is in place.
- Monitoring ex- warehouse sale activities in the north & talking to buyers within responsibility regarding to contracts, withdrawal schedule & status, payments, delay penalties, etc.
- Others as assigned by manager.

- Good English communication.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistic/ Economic/ Business Administration.
- Good understanding of agri commodities specifications and restrictions, trade flow, trade documentations,- international payment, trade barrier and commodities logistics.
- Good organizational capacity and implementation capacity.
- At least 2 years in Customer service/ Logistic/ Sales Support, etc.,
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, SAP.
- Good communication and practical work.
