Operations Supervisor

Formulate policies and procedures to ensure the materials and human resources needs are available to meet company&039;s operational goal
Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout the company&039;s operations
Develop and direct the management of each department to ensure accurate order processing, inventory control, proper and timely product forecast to make sure customer needs are met
Responsible to maximize the organizations growth and profitability while leading and managing all company operations functions
Maintain effective communication between various departments to ensure the company operational goals are met.
Participate in vendor negotiations to ensure product relevance and cost efficiency

Ability to demonstrate leadership
Strong analytical and administrative skills
Experience in policy making, developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
Organized and self- motivated
Must have excellent organizational skills
Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of contracting and negotiation
Experience in strategic planning and execution, preferably from the Oil & Gas industry
Must have excellent oral and written skills in English
Work well with others
Ability to motivate and recruit people
Ability to interact with officials at various levels and work effectively with a wide range of constituents
