JOB DESCRIPTION
Cargill&039;s Operation Trainee Program is built to search and develop talents studying in technical discipline and industrial management majors (Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical-Electronics) to become a future leader.
This program offers you:
• Depend on your future goals, orientation and passion, you could choose one department to experience and develop your career.
• This is an official and full-time position at Cargill, not internship.
• Working Location: Cargill CQN Plant in Long An, slot B1 & B2, Thuan Dao Industrial Park, Ben Luc ward, Long An province
• You will work under supervision and guidance from Plant Manager and other colleagues.
• Be trained and rotated to work in 4 departments (Warehouse, Production, Maintenance and FSQR). When working in each department, you can be assigned an improvement project for that department to work on.

JOB REQUIREMENT
• Willing to learn, adaptability, hard-working and high sense of responsibility
• Fresh graduates/ Final-year student, prefer major in technical discipline and industrial management (Mechanical/Mechatronics/ Electrical-Electronics degrees)
• Can work & stay in Long An
• Willing to work in shifts
• Strong determination, passion to grow and with result oriented
• English: Pre-Advanced
