Set up equipment and connect livestream channels/ Setup thiết bị và kết nối các kênh livestream
Maintain equipment and take responsibility for technical operations/ Quản lý thiết bị và chịu trách nhiệm vận hành kỹ thuật
Provide information and coordinate with relevant teams to improve livestream performance/ Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả livestream
Stay up- to- date with platform trends and policies/ Cập nhật xu hướng và chính sách của các nền tảng livestream
Design livestream- related materials such as banners, thumbnails, product frames, and promotional assets/ Thiết kế các ấn phẩm phục vụ livestream như banner, thumbnail, frame sản phẩm và ấn phẩm khuyến mãi
Plan content and organize livestream sales sessions/ Lên kế hoạch nội dung và tổ chức các phiên livestream bán hàng
Yêu cầu ứng viên
At least 1 year of experience in livestream operations, design, or related fields/ Có từ 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực livestream, thiết kế hoặc các vị trí liên quan
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast- paced environment/ Có khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực và thích nghi với môi trường năng động
Hands- on experience with livestream equipment setup and technical troubleshooting/ Có kinh nghiệm setup thiết bị livestream và xử lý các sự cố kỹ thuật
Proficient in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc./ Thành thạo các công cụ thiết kế như Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva,...
Knowledge of livestream platforms, trends, and policies/ Am hiểu các nền tảng livestream, xu hướng và chính sách vận hành
Good coordination, problem- solving, and communication skills/ Có kỹ năng phối hợp, giao tiếp và giải quyết vấn đề tốt
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Media, Broadcasting, IT, Design, Marketing, or related fields/ Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học chuyên ngành Truyền thông, CNTT, Thiết kế, Marketing hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan
