Objectives
We are looking for an Optimization Executive/ Performance Executive for Global Market to join our team, who will be providing researching, packaging and delivering media products to our clients in the Global market (USA). You will also be part of a growing multifaceted digital media team that develops advanced analytic solutions for top companies across the industries.
Job Description
Product development (Media products for Global business) (50%):
Market Research: Conduct research on market trends and best practices to collaborate with relevant departments in packaging media products (Amazon, Facebook, Google, Tiktok,…)
Product Distribution: Distribute the product to operational teams through documentation, training, and knowledge sharing.
Client and Internal Feedback: Collaborate with clients and internal departments to gather feedback and continuously improve the product.
Product Operations for Global market:
Media Planning (20%):
Daily planning budget and tasks to deliver on time with acceptable result/ outcome.
Develop the quarterly and annual media plan, budget allocation
Plan the digital media plan as a solution for the client’s problem.
Digital Campaign Execution (70%):
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (CPL, CPO, ROAS, CAC,…)
Responsible for the execution, the day to day running of all search, social, and display advertising campaigns (with instructions of LM)
Report & Analytics (10%):
Generate Campaign Reporting to have key learning for upcoming projects

Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
Must have:
Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and campaigns with an intensive workload.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
Have the ability to work under pressure (big big pressure)
Self- motivated, can- do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team
Analytical skills & problem- solving skills
Fast- self- learning, want to grow & develop yourself at the max speed
Good to have:
1- year experience in marketing team or media agency background.
Having experience in advertising platforms such as Amazon.
1- year experience in Google Adword, Facebook Ads.
Having experience in the Global market.
