Order Management - Fulfillment

- Collaborate with Chinese suppliers to address order- related issues.
- Compile weekly reports.
- Track the status of orders shipped using tracking codes.
- Inventory management and ordering with suppliers to ensure that goods are always available for delivery to customers
- Generate and send order files to suppliers.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to update and resolve situations with customers.
- Handle and resolve orders with problems during shipping.

- Proficient in using Excel & GG sheet
- Logical thinking and strong problem- solving ability.
- Must be careful, meticulous, and able to work well under pressure.
- Good proficiency in reading and writing in English.
- Priority will be given to individuals with experience in a similar position.

- Working time: 9h00- 18h00, Monday- Saturday.
