Order Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve any unexpected issues or delays during the export process, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Train and mentor team members to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
Liaise with government departments and agencies related to export operations (e.g., customs, trade compliance) to ensure compliance with regulations.
Manage and oversee the end- to- end order processing workflow, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in handling customer orders.
Communicate directly with international clients in English, both in writing and verbally, to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues.
Coordinate and supervise export shipment activities, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics arrangements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other third- party service providers.
Manage and lead the business team, assigning tasks effectively, setting priorities, and ensuring team productivity and alignment with company goals.
Monitor and analyze order and shipment data to identify areas for improvement and optimize operational efficiency.
Handle import operations, including coordinating with suppliers, managing customs clearance, and ensuring compliance with import regulations.

Qualifications:

Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory, with the ability to communicate directly with international clients.
Strong problem- solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected issues independently.
Proficiency in using order management systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with the furniture industry is a strong advantage.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in order processing, export operations, and import operations.
Proven experience in handling export- related government departments and compliance requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
Experience in managing and leading a business team, with the ability to allocate tasks effectively and ensure team performance.
