JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sales Operations
● After Sales operations- Process return items in WH
● Carrier claim: claim money from shipping carrier
● Dispute chargebacks, fines
● Solving ad- hoc issue during and after order delivery
● Receive and process orders (FBM, AMZ DS, WM DS, AVC WH): confirm PO, confirm shipment, submit ASN, submit invoice
● Work with warehouse team to create carton label, shipping label and manage last mile delivery
Customer Service
● Process return and refund to customers according to sell channels and company&039;s policy
● Ensure all tasks are done within required timeframe set out by department procedure
● Reply customer&039;s concerns, issues, inquiries on different channels
● Collect, Handle bad reviews from customer
Project Management
● Ensure excellent standard of service is provided and maintained
● Understand the company overall (background, systems,…)
● Meets deadlines, makes sure projects/activities are finished in time, time- management

Working Time
● Shift work: 8AM- 5PM or 9PM- 2AM (night shifts and weekend: work from home)
