Order Taker

- To respond to any changes in the department as dictated by the needs of the hotel.
- To maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments.
- To report any incidents, complaints, missing or damaged items, safety hazards or suspicious persons immediately to a supervisor or Manager.
- To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times.
- To be flexible in your job and function and perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to you, including redeployment to other departments/areas if required, in order to meet business demands and guest service needs.
- To attend training sessions and meetings as and when required.
- To use responsible work practices to eliminate damage, negligence and excessive costs.
- To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times and adhere to the hotel’s grooming standards.

- Have a good physical and ability to solve problems quickly
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Basic English communication skills are a plus.
- Ability to multi- task, work well in stressful & high- pressure situations.
- At least graduated high school. Additional certification(s) from a reputable Hospitality Management school will be an advantage.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in similar position.
