Culture & Employee Engagement
Champion an inclusive, collaborative, and high- performing work environment that reflects the company’s mission, vision, values, and culture (MVVC).
Partner with cross- functional teams to organize corporate events and internal communications that enhance team cohesion and clarity around company goals.
Drive initiatives that boost employee motivation, assess impact, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Organize programs that increase employee participation in company life and nurture positive workplace relationships.
Regularly gather employee feedback through surveys and other tools, and take proactive action based on insights.
Employer Branding
Track and assess the success of employer branding efforts, including EVP and other campaigns.
Design and implement strategies to strengthen the company’s employer brand and attract top- tier talent.
Build relationships with universities, industry bodies, and external partners to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition & Business Partner (TABP) team to maintain a unified brand message across communication channels.
Learning & Development
Support the rollout of training programs in alignment with the MFV L&D master plan, focusing on leadership, technical competencies, and career development.
Define performance indicators to evaluate training effectiveness and apply data- driven improvements.
Encourage a culture of continuous learning to support both individual growth and business advancement.
Internal Communications
Create clear, engaging communication materials through various formats (written content, slide decks, Slack, all- hands meetings, team briefings, etc.).
Implement reporting systems to evaluate the success of communication channels and continuously improve engagement strategies based on results.
Take the lead in executing assigned internal communications strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
Must Have
Highly adaptable and committed to continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a similar field. A Master’s degree or certifications like SHRM or CIPD is a plus.
Creative and innovative mindset with a track record of bringing new ideas to life.
Passion for shaping positive organizational culture.
Ability to build influence across all organizational levels.
Strong English communication and presentation skills (equivalent to TOEIC 700+).
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and leadership capabilities.
Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Deep knowledge of HR practices, organizational culture building, and engagement methods.
At least 5 years of experience in organizational development and related areas such as employer branding, employee engagement, or learning & development.
Nice to Have
Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities, with a knack for acting on feedback to drive positive change.
Familiarity with HR systems and analytics tools to track engagement, performance, and development.
